We are happy to accept four day stays in the low-seasons (December, January, April), with arrivals or departures on Saturday. Shorter stays may be booked last minute.

All prices are in € (Euro), per person and day, inclusive VAT, excl. local tax.

Prices inclusive half board include:

Extensive gourmet-breakfast buffet with organic products (cold/warm) from 7:30 to 10:00 am

Four-course choice dinner served from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. (special food allergy meals upon request).

 

Child’s Reductions:

For toddlers up to three years of age we offer a crib or child’s cot. The meals can be taken with the parents, we only charge a € 15,- cleaning fee per day.

Age 4 - 6: 60 % reduction

Age 7 – 10: 50% reduction

Age 11 – 13: 40% reduction

Age 14 – 15: 30% reduction

from age 15: also a local tax (tourism-fee) € 1,80 per day will be charged

from age 16 - 17 years: 20 % discount plus local tax € 1,80 per day

Terms & conditions:

Your booking is confirmed once we received a 30% down payment of the total amount (within two weeks) and you received our booking confirmation in writing. For down payments no interests will be reimbursed. We do not cover bank charges for downpayment transfers. No refunds of deposits after cancellation. We recommend a cancellation- and holiday-insurance, which covers cancellation costs. more info

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations 90 days prior arrival day are free of charge.

Cancellations 60 days prior arrival day are charged 50 percent of the full amount.

Cancellations 30 days prior arrival day are charged 80 percent of the full amount.

Cancellations two weeks prior arrival day are charged 100 percent of the full amount.

No-shows will be charged the full amount.

 

Things to know:

The booking dates are binding. Your reservation will be held until 6pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive late, please notify us. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount. Please take into account when planning your journey: The rooms are ready for check-in from 3pm on, check-out time is not later than10:30am.Furthermore the general terms & conditions of the Austrian Camber of Commerce 2006 (AGB-Hotellerie) do apply.

 

We accept EC-cards, Visa or Mastercards as well as cash. For services outside the hotel (e.g. ski pass, ski-school, ski-service etc.), we add a 3 percent EC-card or credit card fee.
