The Hotel-Gasthof Freisleben exists since 1984 and is in the family for generations.
Sibylle and Wilfried Freisleben started the Gasthof and even today they help wherever a hand is needed. In 2008 the hotel was passed on to their daughter Daniela and her husband Norbert.
Wilfried Freisleben, a butcher by profession, has passed his knowledge about all sorts of special meat products on to his son in law Norbert.
Special products from our own farm are used in our kitchen.
Alm-cheese in garlic-herbs-oil at the salad buffet or homemade applestrudel from one of the oldest kind of apple – growing in our garden – just to name a few. |
