We have put together the most important information for your stay, because genuine Freisleben hospitality begins even before you arrive. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxing break full of warmth and Tyrolean hospitality.
Equipment
Our rooms and apartments offer everything you need for a comfortable stay: WiFi, flat-screen TV, shower, WC, hairdryer, safe, desk and seating. Most rooms have a balcony or terrace. Please note that the photos show examples and the floor plans are schematic - structural changes are possible.
Payment
You can pay your bill conveniently in cash, by EC card, Visa or Mastercard. For non-hotel services such as ski passes or ski school, there is a 3% surcharge for card payments.
Booking & Reservation
Your booking dates are binding, we will keep reserved rooms free for you until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive later, please let us know. Please understand that we cannot make a firm commitment for a specific floor or room number. The AGBH 2006 for the hotel industry apply. A reservation becomes binding after receipt of the deposit.
Check-In & Check-Out
Your room or apartment will be ready for you from 15:00. On the day of departure we ask you to check out by 10:30 am.
Deposit & Cancellation
For your booking we require a written confirmation by e-mail and a deposit of 40%. In the event of an official closure or travel warning, a free cancellation is possible - we will credit your deposit, refund it or rebook your stay.
Cancellation in winter season
The following applies to the winter season:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 31 days before arrival (or 61 days on New Year's Eve and during the main vacations)
- 30-22 days before arrival: 40 %
- 21-15 days before arrival: 70 %
- from 14 days before arrival: 90 %
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be reconfirmed by us. We recommend that you take out travel insurance, for example at www.europaeische.at.
Half board
We spoil you with half board - breakfast buffet and evening menu are included. Of course, we always offer vegan and allergy-friendly cuisine; just let us know when you book. If you are unable to come for dinner, please let us know - because a conscious, sustainable approach to food is very important to us.
Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. We ask for your understanding, as we would like to be particularly considerate of guests with allergies.
Children
Children are very welcome here. We are happy to offer special discounts for children - please let us know the exact year of birth of your child.
Dress code
We are happy to welcome you to the restaurant in sporty, elegant clothing. We ask you to leave your ski clothing and ski or snowboard boots in the ski room during meal times.
Sustainability
We attach great importance to regionality and seasonality - both in the kitchen and when shopping. In this way, we support our regional partners and protect the environment.
Local tax
The local tax is 5 € per person and day (from 15 years) and is not included in the room price.
Shuttle & bus service
After breakfast, our shuttle will take you skiing in winter between 08:15 and 10:30. The local ski bus stops about 50 meters from the house and runs every 10 to 15 minutes. If you arrive by train between 10:00 and 17:00, we will be happy to pick you up at the station by arrangement.
Late arrival
If you are arriving after 18:00, please inform us by telephone so that we can better organize your arrival.
Infrared cabin
For your relaxation after an active day, our cozy infrared cabin is at your disposal. Treat yourself to soothing warmth, gently relax your muscles and enjoy a little time out.
Wellness
There is no sauna or swimming pool in the hotel itself. As our guest, however, you enjoy free admission to arlberg-well.com - the wellness and communication center in the center of St. Anton(www.arlberg-well.com) with our packages.
Lampaka products
In our rooms you can enjoy cozy lampaca comforters and natural care products such as soap and shampoo - lovingly made from the wool of our own alpacas and llamas. You can also purchase all Lampaka products from us - as a special souvenir of your vacation or as a gift for home.
