How quickly does a year go by?
We ask ourselves this question every year.
In spring we always take on a lot, then time flies by quickly and in August we stand there with the second hay cut for the Lampakas and notice how quickly autumn knocks and winter is slowly approaching.
The storage is filled with homemade jams, compote, syrup and other delicacies from the woods and meadows for our breakfast buffet and for the evening menu.
Norbert was busy on the mountain pastures and tasted one or two new cheeses and took them with him.
In autumn, Daniela & Nobert took a break in South Tyrol, where they not only brought excellent wines, but also new ideas for Nathalie and Nobert’s kitchen.
A large chapter in our house will be expanded even more this year. For our family, but especially for our kitchen team around Norbert and Nathalie, the regionality, proximity to the farmers and products in the region, as well as the appreciation of old dishes. With new partners and new ideas, the two want to combine tradition and modernity, stay tuned and let us surprise you!

… we want to continue to give you the feeling of feeling at home on vacation and simply switch off and enjoy and have thought of something pleasant.
The Lampakas from the Möslihof – our llamas and alpacas – are not just a matter for Nathalie, but also for our families. You will find the wonderfully cuddly wool in the duvets in almost all rooms and now also as small pillows on the beds that invite you to relax 🙂
As a small beauty highlight, there is now new alpaca keratin soap in the bathrooms for soft hands and super soft skin.
