The Arlberg, this term is known worldwide and attracts winter sports enthusiasts from all over the world to us every year to experience the feeling of "winter" together, but what is behind the word Arlberg?

Fantastic pistes, steep slopes, clear air, fantastic views & the feeling of being weightless. When riding down the slopes from the summit into the valley, these words and many more describe the word Arlberg.

It doesn't matter whether it's fine firn, airy powder snow, a steep downhill run or you prefer to sunbathe and take a break, every winter sports fan can find the ideal slope to show off their own swing.

But what is there to discover off the slopes?

Away from the slopes, nature shows itself from its most beautiful side. Quiet, idyllic, inviting and to recharge your batteries you get to know a new side of St. Anton. For example, during a walk on numerous winter hiking trails or a snowshoe hike, accompanied by the chirping of birds and here and there a rushing stream.

If you prefer something more sporty, there are plenty of cross-country ski trails that invite you to work out or to jog/skate comfortably.

You might also discover one or the other squirrel, deer or chamois scurrying through the forest away from the slopes. Because when it's nice and quiet and all the hustle and bustle is taking place on the slopes, the peace and quiet in nature is at its most beautiful.
